Tasting notes: White gold with slight green hue on the edge. Lifted aroma of lemon lime citrus fruits with a hint of sherbet, the palate has tightly defined flavours of citrus, apple, white flower and minerals framed by a balancing acidity of persistence.
This classic range from Blue Orchid is the best of the best.
Produced only in exceptional years when the fruit quality is outstanding and the true expression of the variety and regional “terrior” are undeniable. It is expected this range will consist of, when the vintages permit, the classic grape varieties of Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon or Bordeaux blend, Riesling and Chardonnay. These will certainly be wines to look forward too.
